Late Patient Policy

Lakes Foot & Ankle Associates strives to provide legendary customer service. We appreciate the busy pace of your life and respect the fact that your time is precious. We make every effort to run on schedule and see our patients promptly and efficiently.

In order to uphold this commitment, our late patient policy is as follows:

Patients who arrive 10 minutes (or less) late for their visit will be seen at the doctor’s discretion after they have checked in. The visit will likely be abridged to accommodate the schedule.
Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule for a later date.

Calling the office to inform us that you will be late is very much appreciated, but unfortunately, it will not guarantee that the provider will be able to see you.
